- Friendship receives donation of computer hardware from Siemens Medical Solutions.  
     We thank SMS for their generous donation of servers, laptops, tablet computers for use at our firehouse.

  - Congratulations to everyone who passed their PA State Firefighter 1 Certifications this month.

  - Friendship Fire Company Welcomes PA National Guard Troops Home from Iraq.  
     Station 85 along with the Liberty Fire Company (Station 63) joined hundreds of family members, veterans, and other members of the community in welcoming home the Charlie Battalion of the PA 1/213th Air Defense Artillery Unit.  

  - Station 85 is awarded Grant.  
     Federal grant money was used to purchase sixteen new sets of SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) gear, as well as an additional sixteen air bottles and facemasks.  This equipment is now installed on our apparatus.
